What are Premium Actions?

Some Actions in Parsey are marked as ‘Premium’. To use these Actions in your Events, you’ll need to have a Professional Plan or higher. Premium Action example: ClickBank

What are Events?

An Event is counted every time something is performed with in an Action (i.e. Create/Update a Contact, Create an Order, Create a Task, Send an Email, Send a Webhook, etc.).

Each plan comes with a set amount of events for the month. If you set up a filter, we don’t count filtered items against your event limit. If you need more events than your current plan contains, you can upgrade at any time.

If you exceed the number of events in your monthly plan, emails and webhooks will be held in queue until you upgrade or until your next subscription payment is processed.

What are Events Processed?

If you have 2 active events configured (i.e. Create/Update Contact, Apply Tag), and Parsey receives 50 emails and processes your 2 configured events each time, your account would display 100 events processed.

Additional Costs?

SMS Messages cost $0.03/msg. Voice Messages cost $0.05/msg.

Can I change my plan?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime. If you upgrade your plan, you’ll be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the month. If you downgrade your plan, you’ll receive a credit on your next month’s bill.

What if I decide to cancel?

If you decide to discontinue use of Parsey, you can cancel at anytime. You will receive a pro-rated credit with Parsey for the remainder of that month’s billing cycle.

What support is available?

We offer various levels of support depending on your plan. If you need a higher level of support than what’s already included in your plan, you can upgrade your plan at anytime.

Do I need to know code?

Of course not! Parsey exists to integrate the apps you’re already using with out the need for code or hiring expensive developers. Our intuitive interface simply requires users to point, click and highlight. We’ll take it from there.
